Our client is seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk with experience in AP ledger or purchase ledger on a temporary basis.
The role involves processing a high volume of purchase invoices, responding to queries, and preparing supplier payment runs.
Candidates should have previous experience in a similar role and ideally be familiar with Sage200.
The position offers an hourly rate of £12 to £14 and is set to start ASAP with weekly pay.

Description

As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:

Processing a high volume of purchase invoices
Responding to queries in the Purchase Ledger inbox
Preparing supplier payment runs
Statement reconciliations
Reviewing approval process and chase for approval if delayed
Liaising with internal teams

Profile

The successful purchase Ledger Clerk will have previous experience in a similar role.

You will need to have experience using Sage200 ideally.
