Parker Young is thrilled to be recruiting this great new Brand Manager role on behalf of one of the UKs leading FMCG businesses. This is a unique opportunity to join a company renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to quality, within a sector/ category that is both fast-paced and rewarding.

As the Brand Manager, you will be at the forefront of the companys marketing strategy, taking ownership of a diverse and growing product portfolio. Your role will encompass the strategic development and execution of product offerings within key categories. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of New Product Development and Existing Product Development projects, ensuring they are brought to market successfully and within timeline constraints.

A crucial aspect of your role will be to analyse market research and data, transforming insights into actionable strategies that drive brand growth. You will work closely with external creative and media partners to deliver compelling brand campaigns and collaborate with the sales team to ensure the products achieve maximum visibility in retail settings, supported by effective promotions and Point of Sale materials. Additionally, you will manage the marketing budget for your brands, ensuring all initiatives are cost-effective and contribute positively to the companys bottom line.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal teams and external partners. Exceptional written communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, along with robust commercial and analytical abilities, including a sound understanding of P&L. You should be a proactive individual who can prioritise and make informed decisions with confidence.

While a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is desirable, along with experience in FMCG brand marketing, we are looking for a candidate who demonstrates a clear passion for brand management and a proven track record in driving successful projects.
