We are working with a well-established manufacturing company based in Castleford, looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders from initial enquiry to dispatch, ensuring all details are correct.
  • Customer Support: Handle customer enquiries and provide timely updates on order status, pricing, and delivery schedules.
  • Sales Coordination: Support the sales team by preparing quotes, managing order backlogs, and ensuring timely deliveries.
  • Stock Management: Liaise with production and warehouse teams to ensure stock availability and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate sales-related documentation, including invoices, delivery notes, and shipping paperwork.
  • CRM System Management: Update and maintain customer records in our CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communication: Liaise with customers, internal departments, and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
