Our client is a consultancy that provides a service within security and produces assessments which are required annually. They now need an experienced team leader to join their team and lead the existing team of 5 who manage renewals, referrals and respond to general enquires, most of which lead to coordinating the booking of an assessor visit.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the team to achieve booking assessments
Implement KPI’s and drive the team on a daily basis
Manage the assessors being utilised to capacity on a weekly basis.
Coach, mentor, and empower the team
Report weekly figures to the MD
Lead by example and own some of the calls and bookings
Identify development areas of team members and support with training and guidance
Ensure that national bookings are cost effective for travel by creating new bookings in that area on the same day

Experience of leading a team
Positive and forward thinking
Sales and customer service experience
Hours of work:
Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm & Friday 9am to 4pm.
