Parkinson Gray Associates have been engaged as the Recruiting Agent to assist our Client, a major national retail-focused contracting business, in acquiring an experienced Electrical Project Manager.
This prominent national contractor, based in West Yorkshire, operates across the UK. With a wealth of large national retail Clients, they collaborate directly with end-users and main contractors to deliver an extensive portfolio of MEP retail projects.
As an Electrical Project Manager, you will join a team of building services professionals to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to demanding quality standards. You will focus on a specific account, ensuring that the Client's needs are met in all aspects. You will manage projects from inception to completion while fostering the long-term relationship the business has with its Clients. Projects will vary in scale, from numerous smaller tasks to significant new build initiatives. Contracting for national retail Clients poses challenges in terms of timescale and pace. Projects will be plentiful, diverse, and geographically spread, making this a demanding role.
We seek an experienced Electrical Project Manager for this position, preferably with extensive experience in retail contracting. You should have a proven track record of profitable project delivery and be prepared to provide industry references when appropriate. Travel will be inherent to this role, reflecting the nature of the work. There may also be occasions when some unsocial hours are required.
