Hybrid Recruit are recruiting for an experienced Credit Controller for a client based in Castleford.
The Credit Controller will be responsible for reducing the debt owed to the company through customer contact, working with all areas of the business to facilitate query resolution and ensuring timely collection of monies owed.
Responsibilities of the Credit Controller:
- Ensure timely collection of debt
- Investigating and resolving any queries internally and externally
- Day to day management of the Credit Control Inbox
- Forecasting cash in dates to facilitate cashflow
- Update & maintain ledgers accurately
- Maintaining customer master data
- Customer account set ups & credit check reports
- Build & maintain strong relationships with customers & internal stakeholders across the group
- Supporting the Finance team with ad hoc tasks and general administration when needed
Requirements of the Credit Controller:
At least 2 Years experience in a similar role/environment
Sage 200 Experience
Excel and Microsoft office experience
Knowledge of VAT/DRC desirable
- Ability to work under pressure & to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and organisational/time management skills
In return, the Credit Controller will receive:
Salary: Circa - £25,000 / Year
Monday Friday: 08:30-17:00 (40Hrs)
