A company in Castleford is seeking a maintenance engineer with an electrical bias for a Monday-Friday days position.
The salary for this role ranges from £37,000 to £40,500, depending on experience.
Key responsibilities include performing day-to-day maintenance, diagnosing and repairing faults, and maintaining high housekeeping standards.
The ideal candidate should be apprentice trained (NVQ L3) with a background in preventive and reactive maintenance engineering.
Experience with injection molding machines and robotics is preferred, but not mandatory.

A company we are working with in Casteford are on the lookout for a maintenance engineer with an electrical bias.

This is working Monday-Friday days with call-outs

37,000-40,500 (DOE)

The Role:

Perform the day to day maintenance of plant and equipment.
Diagnose and repair electrical/mechanical faults that occur on plant and/or equipment.
Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping at all times.
Dismantle, inspect and overhaul equipment, as required by preventive maintenance program and production schedules.
Machinery repair
Improvement of machine up time
Machine modification and improvement

The Person:

Apprentice trained (NVQ L3)
Background in preventive and reactive maintenance engineering
Proficient in electrical fault diagnosis and breakdown troubleshooting
Experience in Injection moulding machines, robotics, automotive (preffered but not a must)
