Providing ongoing support to a small team of Financial Advisers this role will include:

  • Liaising with clients, providers and other 3rd parties
  • Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
  • Processing new applications
  • Sending LOA information requests and logging these on the back-office system
  • Preparing meeting packs
  • Obtaining valuations and illustrations
  • General office administration

What we need from you?

  • Previous experience working in a similar role within financial services is essential
  • Experience in submitting new business/applications on provider sites
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Friendly and personable
  • Strong computer skills and those with Intelligent office experience would be of most interest
