- Friday: 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- One hour lunch break each day
About the Role:We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Administrator with experience in live minute-taking to join our team for an initial 3-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for attending and recording meeting minutes in real-time, ensuring accuracy and clarity throughout the process. This role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will be based at our Five Towns Resource Centre in Castleford, working as part of a supportive and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend live meetings and take accurate minutes.
- Ensure minutes are clear, concise, and delivered promptly following meetings.
- Support with administrative tasks as required.
- Maintain organised records and documentation.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in minute-taking, particularly in live meetings.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
