About the Role:
Reed Education is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) Teacher to join one of our partner schools in Castleford. This role is perfect for a teacher who is versatile delivering across the primary phase, and looking to make a significant impact without the rigours of their own class. Your challenge in this role will be different; with strong focus on Foundation subjects, project work, tailored interventions with students with MLD, and ultimately providing continuity in the absence of the class teacher.
We’re looking for a teacher who:

Can build strong relationships with students they see intermittently throughout the week.

Has a strong knowledge of the national curriculum across the primary phase.

Works well in collaboration with other teachers, effectively and seamlessly handing over between lessons.

Makes effective use of Teaching Assistants and Support Staff in their classes.

Is adaptable to different students, needs and environments.

Has strong behaviour management skills, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
