Our client is a well-established business that provide an engineer service to their clients, due to growth they require scheduling/planning team leader to join their team. The role will require booking planned works in 6 months in advance and ad hoc maintenance, repair and installation visits, the planning coordinator is also responsible for route planning, booking hotel accommodation.

  • Customer order logging onto CRM
  • Lead the team and implement a robust process for scheduling
  • Coordinate the most cost effective planning & scheduling and train the team to focus on this
  • Handle customer queries/requests
  • Respond to inbound & make outbound calls
  • Schedule reactive & planned works to meet customer SLA’s
  • Check engineer reports and process on to internal team to payment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Build relationships with clients and engineers
