- Monday to Thursday 06:00am – 17:30pm (44 hours per week) with a 6pm locking up rota on a rolling 3 weekly rota basis
- Circa £36,000 per annum(depending on experience)

- Lead and Supervise: Manage and motivate a team to meet production goals.
- Task Delegation: Assign duties based on team members' skills and production priorities.
- Training and Development: Support onboarding and skill-building for team members.
- Monitor Production: Ensure schedules, targets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Quality Assurance: Oversee product quality and adherence to company standards.
- Enforce Safety: Promote and maintain health and safety practices on the shop floor.
- Problem-Solving: Address production issues, including equipment or workflow disruptions.
- Drive Improvements: Identify and implement opportunities for process efficiencies.
- Team Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and senior management.
- Performance Management: Monitor, evaluate, and report on team performance and progress.

- 5 years+ experience in similar roll
