The company:Leading international capital equipment trader
Main duties:Coordinate global logistics by managing orders, shipping, customs paperwork, supplier sourcing, and communication to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
The role:- Coordinate global shipping and transportation of equipment, ensuring timely delivery- Assist in obtaining quotes and processing customer and purchase orders- Complete customs declarations and regulatory paperwork as needed- Identify and liaise with suppliers worldwide to optimize cost-effective routes and schedules- Provide status updates to relevant departments
The candidate:- Previous experience in Logistics, Transport of Import and Export - Highly organized with strong planning and problem-solving skills- Able to work under pressure and manage logistics efficiently- Strong ability to plan ahead and resolve issues- Proficient in reporting and summarizing informationThe salary: £25,000 per annumFrench Selection, leading UK-based consultancy specialising in the recruitment of bilingual and multilingual professionals for international business (industries and services).
