We are seeking an experienced Team Leader for a manufacturing role in a well-established business.
The position offers a salary of £39,000 per annum and requires previous supervisory experience in manufacturing.
The successful candidate will oversee daily production activities and lead a team of operators to drive efficiency and quality.
Candidates should possess strong leadership skills and knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
This is a hands-on role that supports continuous improvement initiatives and works closely with management.

Duties of the Production Team Leader include:

Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets are met
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operators
Drive efficiency, quality, and health & safety standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Work closely with management to enhance processes and productivity

We’re looking for Production Team Leaders with the below experience:

Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
A proactive, hands-on approach
