Salary: £39,000 per annumHours: Monday – Thursday (Four-Day Week!)

Duties of the Production Team Leader include:

  • Oversee daily production activities, ensuring targets are met
  • Lead, motivate, and develop a team of operators
  • Drive efficiency, quality, and health & safety standards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with management to enhance processes and productivity

We’re looking for Production Team Leaders with the below experience:

  • Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles
  • A proactive, hands-on approach
