I am working alongside a specialist subcontractor who are delivering a large scale earthworks and RC package for a valued client in South Yorkshire. My client operate across the UK delivering schemes across renewable, industrial/ commercial and infrastructure.
Project manager responsibilities:
- Overseeing full day to day site operations on the construction sites.
- Ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently and to specifications.
- Managing and allocating plant, labour and materials.
- Co-ordinating with subcontractors and the client.
- Communicating with stakeholders.
- Quality assurance.
- Identify and address challenges and issues that arise.
Project manager requirements:
- Right to work UK.
- CSCS.
- SMSTS.
- Strong knowledge of earthworks, muck shifting and reinforced concrete.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Proven experience working in a project managers position.
