This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in optimising supply chain operations and managing business compliance.

The Role:

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end supply chain activities, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and operational excellence. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will drive strategic improvements across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and demand planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement supply chain strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Manage relationships with suppliers, ensuring optimal performance and service levels
Oversee demand planning and inventory management to ensure stock availability and minimise waste
Optimise logistics operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery
Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives
Identify and implement process improvements using data-driven insights
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Person Specification:

Proven experience in a supply chain management role, ideally within a distribution or logistics environment
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Ability to analyse complex data and drive strategic decision-making
Experience with ERP and supply chain management software
Strong commercial awareness and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
