Sonic Summary

The position available is for a MET Technician / MET Fitter with a basic salary of up to £39,870 and an OTE of approximately £44,780.
The working hours are Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:00, with no weekend shifts required.
Candidates must be fully qualified MET Technicians to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with experience in an accident repair center.
Familiarity with the necessary skills and techniques for the role, as well as effective communication with team members, is essential.
This role is with a longstanding automotive vehicle accident repair center located in Castleford.

MET Technician / MET Fitter

Basic Salary- Up to £39,870
OTE- £44,780
Monday-Friday 08:30-17:00 with no weekends.

Our Motor Trade Client is a long-established automotive vehicle accident repair centre based in Castleford and they require an experienced MET Technician / Fitter to join their busy team of bodyshop productives.Typical duties of a MET Technician for our Client include:

Diagnosing, repairing and maintaining vehicles in line with our Client’s high standards
Familiarity with the skills, knowledge and techniques required to be successful in a MET Technician / Fitter role.
To identify additional repair work and liaise with the bodyshop advisor
Communicating effectively with other team members
Carry out quality controls

Your Experience as a MET Technician

Fully qualified MET Technician to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
ATA qualification would be beneficial
Experience as a MET Technician within an accident repair centre
