  • Plan menus, considering special dietary needs.
  • Cost menus using updated ingredient prices.
  • Minimize wastage and keep accurate records.

Health & Safety

  • Oversee the wash-up area.
  • Promote and practice hygiene standards.
  • Monitor activities according to HACCP guidelines.
  • Review COSHH and hazard assessments.
