Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor

Senior Quantity Surveyor - a leading top tier contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the expanding team. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead the delivery of design and build projects for an award-winning Tier 1 contractor.

Requirements:
- Experience working with a Tier 1 or Tier 2 building contractor
- Experience dealing with / managing final accounts
- Experience managing sub-contractor variations
- Industry related qualification

Responsibilities:
- Take-off to building quantities and produce schedules of works
- Chair Pre-let meetings and finalising Subcontract Orders
- Procurement and managing sub-contract packages
- Formulate Subcontract Tenders
- Dealing with variations and valuations
- Production of CVRs
