This role sits within our Security business division which provides physical security guarding, access control, alarm systems and perimeter property protection, CCTV, mobile surveillance, and ANPR Technology services to a wide range of prestigious clients.

About The Role:Days of Working: Variable shift rota - 24 hours per week

Shift Pattern: 06:00am to 18:00pm, 18:00pm to 03:00am, 21:00pm to 06:00am

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Monitoring and responding to calls and requests from all Client locations and staff
  • Monitoring all site CCTV system cameras and alarms and responding as required in line with procedures and ensure system serviceability and escalate any faults identified to the appropriate service partner
  • Identify any potential security vulnerabilities and escalate accordingly. Ensure that all sites are always secure
  • Understand the escalation procedures relating to issues or incidents and know when to escalate or deal locally and report to the Security Operations Centre Supervisor any incident outside of your experience or control and follow all actions and issues as required
  • Compile daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required and produce high-quality Reports relating to all Incidents in a timely manner

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Must have Right to Work in the UK
  • SIA CCTV license essential.
  • Able to interact at all levels from visitors to senior management.
  • Ability to lead a team with the ability to motivate, listen, support and communicate effectively
