Pay Rate: 15.30 per hour (Umbrella)
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced cleaner to support our cleaning team at an administrative office building. This temporary role is for an immediate start, and the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the office environment. The position is based at the Central Payments, Administration Offices, located at Park Farm Business Centre, Middleton Stoney.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cleaning of office spaces including floors, surfaces, and restrooms.
- Adhering to COSHH guidelines and health & safety protocols.
- Ensuring the office environment remains clean, hygienic, and presentable.
- Reporting any maintenance issues to the relevant personnel.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven cleaning experience.
- Knowledge of COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health).
- Good attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pre-Employment Checks:
- Basic Disclosure (Basic DBS) check required.
Other Information:
- AWR Holiday Entitlement: 32 days
- Uniform is required for this role.
- No driving license required for this role.
