We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Worker to join our clients manufacturing team in Scarborough. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling products according to established guidelines and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to follow instructions precisely.

Monday to Friday
08:00 - 16:00
12.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Product Assembly:- Assemble products or components according to specifications and instructions.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to complete assembly tasks.
Quality Control:- Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
- Report any issues or defects to the supervisor immediately.
Process Adherence:- Follow assembly procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent product quality.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Safety:- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Must have their own safety boots and hi-vis.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly role is preferred but not required.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to read and follow assembly instructions.
- Basic math skills and the ability to measure and count accurately.
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
- Dependable and able to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
