Assistant Site Manager

Linear Recruitment are currently recruiting for a freelance Assistant Site Manager in the Cayton Bay area on a new build housing site. This role is due to start immediately on an ongoing basis and requires someone with a housing background.

Job duties:

• Support the Site Manager to coordinate the dayto-day operations
• Organise and manage subcontractors on site
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide updates on progress
• Maintain accurate records including site diaries and health and safety logs
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance / H&S regulations

Experience required:

• Must have CSCS, First Aid and SMSTS or SSSTS

• Must have housing experience
• Must have strong organisational and communication skills
