Smart Teachers is seeking enthusiastic and adaptable Secondary Supply Teachers to work in a variety of secondary schools across Redbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced teachers and ECTs looking for flexible teaching opportunities.

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 in a range of subjects
• Ensure a positive and engaging learning environment for students
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
• Work on a day-to-day or long-term supply basis to suit your availability

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Flexible and reliable with a proactive approach to teaching
