Randstad C&P are currently recruiting for a Sub Agent to join various exciting highways and civils projects for a specialist groundworks and frames subcontractor in and around the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area! The role can offer a great salary with an advantageous benefits scheme, a clear progression path, and the opportunity to deliver high profile civil engineering schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with managing projects (programme, H&S, quality)
  • Daily liaison with clients
  • Daily liaison with site foreman
  • Assisting resolving daily project issues
  • Liasing with QS
  • RAMS
  • Lift plans
  • Project programmes
  • Lookahead programmes
  • ITPs
  • Monitoring site progress
  • Meetings
  • Resource management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (HNC, etc.) in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on highways, 278 works, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Proficient in civil engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex engineering projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
