Our client offers a complete range of Highway Services and due to growth they're looking to bring in a competent Administrator. You will be responsible for managing the administration of commercial projects, ensuring precise and accurate compliance with internal management standards and quality protocols.

Position Overview

  • Handle emails and incoming calls and correspondence.
  • Provide general commercial support.
  • Manage scheduling and appointments.
  • Manage project administration.
  • Process accurate weekly timesheet data.
  • Manage purchase order queries.
  • Review invoices.
  • Manage client's commercial queries.
  • Liase with the operational team when necessary.

Administrator

Position Requirements

  • Experience managing applications for payment.
  • Previous experience within a Construction or Highway Services company is advantageous but not essential.
  • Competent with Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Great time management and organisational skills.
  • Able to work well within a team.
