An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Support Worker to join a dedicated team providing care to young adults. This full-time role offers excellent benefits and salary of £15 per hour.
As a Support Worker, you will provide care and assistance to an elderly client, supporting their daily activities, fostering positive relationships, and prioritising their well-being.
You will be responsibilities for:
- Assist with daily care tasks, including cooking, cleaning, and supporting personal care.
- Build and maintain positive relationships, always ensuring dignity and respect.
- Monitor and record physical, emotional, and behavioural needs, reviewing changes and providing updates.
- Participate in recreational events, both within the home and in the wider community.
- Contribute actively to team development and maintain accurate records.
What we are looking for:
- Previously worked as a Care Support Worker, Care Assistant, Care Worker, Support Worker or in a similar role.
- Passion for care and a desire to contribute to the development of others.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Valid UK driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK.
Shifts:
- Morning: 9:30 AM -11:30 AM
- Evening: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
