The Resource Administrator Opportunity:

As Resource Administrator, you will work within our business support team in an important administrative function, supporting the team with scheduling of projects across the country. You will be excited by joining a rapidly growing business and have clear ambition to grow with the business helping shape it as a modern, innovative environmental consultancy.

The scope of this role is flexible and will give the right person an opportunity to shape their place in the business and could lead to other roles in the business.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Providing resourcing and logistic management for the team
+ Maintaining and managing field and office equipment
+ Diary management
+ Survey data management support
+ Managing and registering subcontractors
+ Undertaking ad hoc jobs throughout the winter period as required in Business Support
+ During the offseason you will be able to work on process improvement projects
+ Ad hoc office manager assistance

About you:

Essential:

+ Genuine and demonstrable enthusiasm for ecology and the environment
+ Excellent customer service skills
+ Highly organised with strong attention to detail
+ Ability to multi-task, juggling several tasks at once
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
+ Good IT skills including use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
+ Enthusiastic, self-motivated and strong desire to succeed
+ Quick to learn, thorough respectful and friendly with the ability to prioritise and work under pressure
+ Full driving licence and access to the use of a car
+ A previous background in logistics is advantageous but not essential
