At Meridian Business Support we are looking for Production Operatives on behalf of a client that is going through an exciting stage of growth. They are looking for multiple Production Operative to assist them with order within their facility.

To suceed withing this role you should have experience within working in an industrial environement, there will be heavy lifting and the role can sometimes be physically demanding, and it can be a dusty environment at time, full PPE and safety wear is provided.

In return the company can offer a great working schedule with a 4 day working week, the days are slightly longer with a 6:45am start and a 5pm finish, who wouldn't love a 3 day weekend though! These are the day shifts, there is also a night shift parter available. The company also has company wide shut downs and close at certain times through the year, this is typically around term times. There are times when over leave can be discussed, this will be down to managers distretion. The company also has a very friendly atmosphere, and company events are arranged throughout the year.

This is a Temporary to Permanent opportunity and you will be employed by Meridian Business Support for 12 weeks, as long as everything goes well, you'll then recieve a permanent contract from tthe client. With Meridian Business Support you will be paid weekly, you will also be paid weekly by the business once you have transferred to their payroll.
