Job Title: Legal Receptionist / Administrator

Location: Chard, Somerset

Contract Details: Permanent, Full Time

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with 30 minutes for lunch

Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 PA DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all incoming telephone calls
  • Meet and greet visitors, ensuring excellent customer service
  • Scan and file incoming post electronically
  • Assist in opening and updating client files
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Liaise with clients and handle their queries
  • Set up meeting rooms

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Experience within the legal industry or a Law graduate looking to kick-start their career would be advantageous
  • Administrative / reception experience within a regulated environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
