Responsibilities:

As a Projects Coordinator for our client, you will be the pivotal link between their designers and fitters, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for their customers throughout the purchasing, design, and installations process. The key duties include:

  • Serve as the main point of contact between the fitters and designers, providing updates and addressing inquiries
  • Coordinate schedules and appointments to ensure timely installations
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively address any potential delays or issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, design specifications, and installation schedules
  • Prepare and provide monthly reports outlining products sold and their status, identifying potential issues and developing solutions
  • Conduct quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards and customer specifications
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the team of fitters and designers
  • Develop a working knowledge of the brands and products offered
