In this role, the Product Development Engineer will be responsible for developing and maintaining ERP database content while driving lean production improvements to enhance profitability. The position also involves collaborating with design partners, managing projects from prototype to production, and producing high-quality engineering and manufacturing drawings.

The ideal Product Development Engineer will have experience in manufacturing and product development, with proficiency in ERP systems and CAD software. They should excel in driving lean production improvements and have a strong background in managing projects from concept through to production.

The Role:

  • Utilize Winman software to manage and update ERP database content.
  • Implement lean production and engineering practices to enhance profitability.
  • Develop and control high-standard engineering and manufacturing drawings.
  • Oversee projects from prototype through to production, liaising with clients as needed.


The Person:

  • Experience with ERP systems, particularly Winman, is crucial.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD, with a preference for Autodesk software.
  • Understanding of modern manufacturing methods and lean principles.
