The Role:

Visual inspections at various stages of cycle, both first off and final inspection.
Producing FAIRs, first article inspection reports.
Use a variety of measuring equipment, such as verniers, height gauges and micrometers to perform the job.
Identify and raise non conformance/defects - comparing against product specifications.
Ownership of inspection reports, ensuring they are completed accurately and on time.
Collaborate with other departments, where necessary.

The Company:

Experience within an Inspection department.
Experienced using measuring equipment - such as verniers, gauges and micrometers.
GD&T knowledge - beneficial
Understanding engineering drawings.
