We are seeking a dedicated and professional Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our establishment. As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all hotel operations run smoothly and efficiently, while maintaining high standards of hospitality. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.

Duties

  • Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the hotel.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the premises.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests during your shift, providing assistance as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent guest service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences.
