Duties
- Supervise daily hotel operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the hotel.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members as needed.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the premises.
- Act as the primary point of contact for guests during your shift, providing assistance as required.
Qualifications
