Job Description:

As an Insurance Consultant, you will be responsible for helping clients identify their insurance needs, providing expert advice, and offering customized insurance solutions. You will work with individuals, families, and businesses to protect their assets by offering the best possible insurance coverage options available.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clients with tailored advice on a range of insurance products
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct policy reviews and make adjustments as needed to meet client needs.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Assist clients with claims and resolve any issues that arise during the claims process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to offer the best advice.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in the insurance industry, preferably in a client-facing role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales skills with the ability to cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
  • In-depth knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client engagement.
  • Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., insurance broker or agent certification) preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
