Parking Processing Manager – KentInitial 3 monthsOffice basedFull timeDuties and responsibilities:
  • Developing and overseeing efficient and effective processes for penalty charge recovery and permit issuance, while ensuring that all representations, appeals, complaints, and Freedom of Information requests are handled in line with current policies.
  • Managing workloads to ensure sufficient staffing levels and the delivery of outstanding customer service.
  • Monitoring and managing the budget, including analysing income and expenditure and preparing relevant reports.
  • Tracking performance and maintaining strong working relationships both internally and externally, while taking responsibility for staff development.
  • Preparing, developing, and monitoring contracts, policies, and procedures, taking appropriate actions to implement improvements in service delivery where needed.
  • Conducting regular meetings with stakeholders, as well as one-on-one sessions and performance reviews with staff.
Essential requirements:
  • Must have experience within parking and knowledge of parking legislation
  • Must have previous people management experience
