Due to company growth, I am seeking a driven and consultative Sales Manager to join a specialist service client in the Chatham Area. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated BD professional to work alongside the Head of Sales of a rapidly growing organisation. The most refreshing thing? NO TARGETS!

Duties will include:

  • Working alongside Head of Sales to target specific markets on a monthly basis using target client lists and cold-calls
  • Using various sales techniques to build and establish relationships with potential clients- calls, emails, video meetings, networking events and in-person meetings
  • Attending client meetings alongside Head of Sales, Directors or Estimators to quote services
  • Nurturing clients and offering additional services
  • Tracking all activity on CRM system and having regular meetings with Head of Sales to analyse sales and data and fine tune sales plan
