In this rewarding role, you will work under the guidance of the Premises and Estates Manager, following a flexible rota system that includes early and afternoon shifts. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of the academies facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for students and staff alike.
- Assist with the maintenance and upkeep of buildings and grounds.
- Engage in basic DIY maintenance tasks and help troubleshoot basic site issues.
- Work collaboratively with a supportive and dynamic site team.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage, but a strong willingness to learn and adapt is equally valued.
- A knack for problem-solving and a practical approach to DIY tasks.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude!
- A sense of humour and a willingness to connect with colleagues.
