Cover Supervisor

• Have experience working in education, ideally in a classroom setting.
• Confidently supervise lessons and deliver pre-planned work to KS3 and KS4 students.
• Engage and support students in their learning while maintaining a positive classroom environment.
• Be adaptable and ready to work in different schools across Maidstone and beyond.
• Have strong classroom management skills to ensure students stay on task.

• Previous experience in an educational setting (e.g. teaching assistant, tutor, instructor, etc.)
• Ability to manage a classroom independently with provided lesson plans.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A driving licence is an advantage, but many schools are easily accessible via public transport.
• A proactive and professional approach to working with students and staff.
