- Replacing and repairing of panels; straightening and filling
- Completing body alignment
- Welding and bonding
- Filler work, dent removal and pin pulling
- Ensuring vehicles are thoroughly examined and reporting orally/in writing on general condition of vehicles with emphasis on customer safety and satisfaction.
- Working in a manner consistent with the minimisation of lost, non-revenue and/ or diversionary time, recording all such time in an accurate and complete manner.
- Keeping work areas clean and tidy, well organised and safe from hazards to Health and Safety.
- Have previous experience in Panel repair/replacement in a Bodyshop setting
- Hold an ATA qualification or NVQ Level 3 equivalent.
- Have welding experience
- Be able to carry out large repairs
- Demonstrate a positive, right first time attitude
- Show a great team player mentality
- Work to a very high standard and a high level of accuracy
- Be aware of Health and Safety in the workplace.
