This Mortgage Paraplanner position gives you the opportunity to join a dynamic mortgage brokerage based in Chatham.
As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will be supporting the Director and one of their Mortgage Advisors. Your duties will include:
- Speaking with the client and running through the fact find
- Ensuring that all information is received from the client, enabling the Advisor to successfully package the case
- Using Trigold to source the mortgage, including speaking with lenders if required (full training on how to source the mortgage will be provided, if needed)
- Run the AIP and submit the mortgage application to the lender
This is a busy role, which will see you working with around 40 new applications per month.
Mortgage Paraplanner Requirements
- You need to have experience within a mortgage brokerage
- This could suit a Mortgage Administrator, Mortgage Paraplanner or a Mortgage Advisor looking to step away from the sales element (happy to consider someone who has been out of the industry for a few years)
- CeMAP would be beneficial, but not essential
- Strong & clear communicator able to speak with clients at all levels
- Organised problem solver who has excellent attention to detail
- A good practical understanding of Outlook, Word, and Excel

Mortgage Paraplanner Benefits
- Salary of £30,000 - £35,000
- Working hours of 8.45am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
- Working at their office in Chatham parking provided
