This employed, Independent Financial Advisor job in Chatham is well suited to an individual with some experience and looking to take their advising career to the next level

You will benefit from some existing clients and leads being generated, which typically have assets of £200k - £500k. You should undertake a review of their financial planning needs and provide quality, long-term advice to them. The business regularly receive new clients from client referrals, high-quality professional introducers (Accountants and Solicitors) and marketing initiatives. Combined with clients you self-generate, you should be able to grow your client bank.

In addition, you will benefit from their established infrastructure, which has proven to make Advisors successful. The tools available include:

  • Excellent back office support available on hand to assist you comprising of Paraplanners, Administrators, Compliance, Operations and IT
  • Proven lead support
  • Support towards your Chartered exams to enhance your knowledge and scope of advice
  • Able to offer independent financial advice, enabling you to provide appropriate advice for clients
  • Full training and development plan to support your ongoing progression

Independent Financial Advisor Requirements

  • You should have some experience as a Financial Advisor
  • You must hold your full Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
  • You should uphold ethics of putting the client first
  • If you can bring business with you, that would be beneficial but not essential
