Our well-established client, a leader in housing solutions, is seeking a Property Mobile Cleaner to cover Kent.

Job Objective:

As a Property Mobile Cleaner reporting to the Head of Property Services, you will be responsible for ensuring the thorough cleaning of rooms and houses, while maintaining hygienic and compliant facilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that all communal areas, offices, toilets, and external areas are cleaned regularly and in line with company standards.
  • Maintain all accommodation in a clean and safe condition, ensuring it is fit for purpose.
  • Properly dispose of rubbish and arrange for regular collection as required.
  • Adhere to company procedures, ensuring all cleaning records are accurately completed and kept up to date.
  • Carry out any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Head of Property Services.

Required Skills:

  • Previous experience in property cleaning.
  • Knowledge of cleaning solutions and their use.
  • Working knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective time management.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Physical fit.
  • Full, valid UK driving licence.
