The Role:
As a Year 1 Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in laying the foundation for children's academic and personal development. You will create a stimulating and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students
- Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their learning journey

Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience working with Key Stage 1 students, preferably in a Year 1 setting
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and a creative approach to lesson planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous professional development and enhancing teaching practice
