We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Business Studies Teacher to join a high-achieving school in Medway starting in April. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to both the academic success and personal development of students, preparing them to thrive in whichever path they choose.

What You'll Be Doing Day to Day:
- Delivering engaging and innovative lessons that inspire and challenge students in Business Studies across KS3, KS4, and potentially KS5.
- Developing and implementing creative lesson plans that align with the national curriculum, fostering a deep understanding of business concepts such as entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, and economics.
- Assessing and tracking student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic development.
- Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel motivated and encouraged to excel.
- Supporting students in developing essential career skills, including problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, and financial literacy.
- Organising and participating in extracurricular activities, such as business competitions, enterprise clubs, and industry visits, to enhance students' real-world understanding.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to curriculum development.
- Engaging with parents and guardians to provide updates on student progress and foster a strong home-school partnership.
