We are seeking a Home Ownership Manager to provide exemplary leadership and drive continuous improvements within our housing management services. This role is crucial in developing policies and processes to modernise our services, ensuring they meet the organisation's requirements and adhere to the latest best practices and legislative changes.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead the delivery of home ownership and housing management services, setting a standard for first-rate leadership and customer-centric culture.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing partnership working and joint initiatives across social housing.
  • Drive the strategic vision for leasehold, commercial, and home ownership functions, optimising income collection and adapting to changes in the environment.
  • Manage and support a high-performing team, focusing on customer service excellence and high-quality standards.
  • Oversee compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, ensuring the service meets the highest standards of safety and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure integrated and efficient service delivery, focusing on strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in home ownership services within the housing sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering strong relationships both internally and externally.
  • In-depth knowledge of current best practices, legislative changes, and industry standards in home ownership and estate management.
