We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Systems Engineer based in Luton for one of our clients on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is a well-established wholesale distributor.
Responsibilities of the IT Systems Engineer
- Support ERP systems including maintenance, troubleshooting and optimisation.
- Oversee servers, desktops and IT systems.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure.
- Create detailed documentation from system configurations to troubleshooting procedures.
- System migrations.
- Hardware upgrades and network expansions.
- Provide technical support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
Requirements for a successful IT Systems Engineer
- Driving licence and access to own car.
- Previous experience within a similar role.
- Experience with ERP systems and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows and VMware technologies.
- Experience with SQL database.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Salary: £33,000 - £34,500
Location: LutonÂ
Type of Contract: Permanent Â
Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
