About the RoleAs a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer, you will manage a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Managing transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Navigating stamp duty procedures, title checking, and search reports
  • Overseeing landlord and tenant relationships, lease renewals, and deeds of surrender
  • Assisting with acquisitions and sales of businesses and refinancing

You'll be involved in all stages of the process, from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
