Position: Contract Administrator/ Co ordinator
Location: Chatham, Kent
Duration: Permanent
Salary: From £26,000 to £28,000 subject to experience level
We are looking for an experienced Contract Administrator / Coordinator to join a small but busy office based in Chatham.
This office deals with planned and reactive maintenance on commercial properties throughout Kent and the South East. Which includes mechanical and electrical maintenance.
We are looking for an experienced Administrator who has some experience coordinating. It would be an advantage if this person has experience coordinating engineers to site.
The right person for this position will have a strong administration background, they need to able to pick up CRM systems quickly and have a good customer service telephone manner.
This is a 100% office based position. There are no plans to offer hybrid working
Requirements
- Strong Administrative background
- Experience working with engineers would be a major advantage
- Based in a short commute to Chatham
- Must be willing to work full time in the office
- Excellent IT skills
- Must have some coordinating experience
- Able to pick up CRM systems quickly
